How to Make a Return
Upon receipt, we will issue store credit for Euphoria Maternity or Euphoria Baby (your choice!) for orders returned within 45 days.
- Contact us at email@example.com or (866) 282-8261 to receive
a return authorization number
- Write your return authorization number on the outside of your return package
- Mail your return to: Euphoria Maternity 1046 Point View Road, Chapin, SC 29036.
We can only accept the return of merchandise in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached. All items purchased on sale (including 70% off sale) are eligible for Store Credit Only!
The credit will be automatically set up for EuphoriaMaternity.com. If you would like it moved to our baby store at www.EuphoriaBaby.com, just let us know.
Be sure to mail your return in time for it to arrive in Chapin, SC within 45 days of the date of your order. We can make no exceptions to this 45-day rule. After 45 days, we cannot accept your return. Your package will be marked "returned to sender" and we will notify you to expect its return.
Some items on deep mark-down in our store are labeled "Final Sale Item" clearly in the item name and description. These items cannot be returned at all.
Euphoria Maternity does not refund the cost of shipping and cannot accept the return of skin care products, underwear (excluding bras), lingerie, and opened nursing supply products.
Euphoria Maternity cannot be responsible for any damages that might occur during the care of items, such as when washing or dry cleaning a garment. However, if you feel that a used item is defective, we will be happy to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to request a replacement.
